The Jakarta Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service (PMPTSP) won the Public Service Award 2023 from the Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform Ministry (PANRB), as the Regional Government Organizing Public Service Malls (MPP) in the Excellent Category.

The award was handed over directly by PANRB Minister, Abdullah Azwar Anas, to Jakarta PMPTSP Agency Head, Benni Aguscandra at the Joint Public Service and Bureaucratic Reform Award ceremony at Bidakara Hotel, South Jakarta.
Jakarta PMPTSP Agency Head, Benni Aguscandra expressed his gratitude and appreciation to all his staff who have been committed and dedicated to providing excellent public services to the community.

"As directed by Jakarta Acting Governor, Heru Budi Hartono, public services must have an impact and be felt directly by the community, and public service providers must be agile and fast," he expressed, Wednesday (11/22).
He revealed the Jakarta PMPTSP Agency continues to provide easy services for the community. Various innovations continue to be made to maintain and improve service quality.
He assessed the award as proof that the Jakarta Provincial Government had fulfilled its obligations as a state administrator, providing excellent service to its residents.
"Public Service Malls as the face of the Jakarta Government have been successfully crowned as excellent public service providers, meaning that the Jakarta Government is appreciated because it has met its obligations as a state administrator to provide good services to its residents and it also proves that in Jakarta, proposing your own permits is easy," he expressed.
This achievement was expected to be a motivation for all employees within the PMPTSP Agency to always provide convenience to the community and become an example of good practice in providing public services in Indonesia.
"This is the umpteenth award, hopefully, it can continue to motivate service personnel in realizing excellent public services," he hoped.
PANRB Minister, Abdullah Azwar Anas expressed his appreciation to the Jakarta Government for showing real work in providing excellent public services to the community.
He hoped that it could continue to motivate Jakarta Government officials to always provide bureaucracy that is easier and has more impact on society.
"Congratulations, hopefully, this award will motivate Jakarta's performance to continue to be better and hopefully in the future the bureaucracy will be much more impactful than in previous years," he continued.
He then expressed his appreciation to the Regional heads who had held the Public Service Mall well and seriously.
"So, many MPPs were inaugurated, some were only formal, but some were managed well, some were even very good, I thank the regional government for managing the MPP very well," he finished.
